MEA (Membrane Electrode Assembly) is the core material generating electric and thermal energy supplied by oxygen and hydrogen in hydrogen fuel cell system. MEA consists of two electrodes (anode and cathode) and PEM. Electric energy is the flow of electrons generated by oxidation of hydrogen gas to protons at anode. The electrons and protons meet again and reduce oxygen gas to water at cathode.
